Henrik is an Associate at Lightbird and Marcau Partners. Prior to joining the team, Henrik was an investor with J12 Ventures, focusing on European pre-seed and seed stage companies within Data & AI. His previous experience also includes growth investing with NGP Capital, leading investor operations at Slush and advising established corporations with Carnegie Investment Bank.

Aside from work, Henrik can be found lifting incrementally heavier circles in the gym or slowly ascending and quickly descending mountain slopes.
